Manager Audit H/F

EXCO VALLIANCE, member of EXCO network (top 10 audit and accounting firms in France), seeks a Manager Audit to join its Paris office of 20 collaborators. You will lead a 10-person audit team, reporting to the CAC partner. Your missions include organizing and managing statutory audit engagements, evaluating internal controls, defining audit procedures, supervising work completion before partner review, and conducting SACCs. You'll manage client relationships, work autonomously on your portfolio across diverse sectors, and contribute to group and network initiatives. You'll directly supervise audit team workflows and planning. Start date September 2026 with transition support. Required: Master's degree in Finance/Accounting (CCA, business school, university), minimum 8 years CAC experience in firms, CaseWare proficiency appreciated. Strong analytical, synthesis and organizational skills. Team player with excellent communication. Dynamic, curious, solution-oriented mindset. Technology and digitalization interest. Proven management competencies. Bilingual English a plus.
